Mid-Life Crisis Brakefast

Have you had those days of

sever depression and when you just

feel like nothing is going anywhere?

well I do quiet often so I went to have breakfast

with a great friend of mine Cesar,

We went to this nice place called

and I had a wonderful sandwich

with caramelized pork and gorgonzola cheese

and some magical fries.

Throughout the last 6 months I've gained a sad belly because of my compulsiveness of pasta eating and pasta cooking and cake baking and pasta eating ... why is it so damn good?

so, I shall start running on a daily basis .. or when I remember,

and since I've been doing some no sleep and some over sleep

With a new budget and a new perspective of life ..

I moved to a 3rd World Country

I have my apartment

I have 4 Wonderful Dogs

I have a hate/love relationship with the job that pays my bills

and a mark for a new and better Future.

A shot at yummy

Once upon a time while browsing the internet I found a masterpiece, and it didn't take too long for me to want to make it mine, so here it is.

first we begin with 2 different flavour cakes,
there we go 2 beautifully cooked cakes chocolate and vanilla
after so we found some very fresh strawberries
and chopped up in small cubes

try to find the best type of whipped cream and set up a layer on top of one cake and the strawberries on top

you will repeat the same process throughout the layers until all 4 are stacked, well actually just to get it clear, tehres 2 cakes cut in halves therefor there are 4 layers.
and there we go its beautiful and ready to eat
enjoy :)
